Nrf2、HO-1在经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤的表达与其临床特征的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨核因子E2相关因子(nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor 2,Nrf2)和血红素加氧酶-1(hemeoxygenase-1,HO-1)在经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤(classical Hodgkin′s lymphoma,cHL)中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测42例cHL组织(cHL组)及23例淋巴结反应性增生组织(对照组)中Nrf2和HO-1蛋白的表达,并分析两者表达与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 Nrf2和HO-1在cHL组织的阳性率分别为42.9%和47.6%,显著高于淋巴结反应增生组织13.0%和17.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Nrf2和HO-1表达水平均与cHL患者临床分期、B症状有关(P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、病理分型、LDH无关(P>0.05)。Nrf2和HO-1在cHL组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.619,P<0.05)。结论 Nrf2和HO-1在cHL组织中均呈高表达,其可能在cHL的发生、发展中起重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor 2(Nrf2) and hemeoxygenase-1(HO-1) in classical Hodgkin′s lymphoma(cHL). Methods Expression of Nrf2 and HO-1 protein in 42 cases of cHL tissue and 23 cases of lymph node reactive hyperplasia were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The relationship between the expression of Nrf2 and HO-1 protein and clinicopathological features of patients was analyzed. Results The positive rates of Nrf2 and HO-1 were significantly higher in cHL tissues(42.9% and 47.6%) than in lymph node hyperplasia tissues(13.0% and 17.4%)(P<0.05). The expressions of Nrf2 and HO-1 were related to Ann Arbor clinical stage and B symptoms, while they were not related to gender, age, pathological type and LDH of cHL patients.There was a positive correlation between the expression of Nrf2 and HO-1 in cHL tissues(r=0.619, P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of Nrf2 and HO-1 are elevated in cHL tissues,which may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cHL.
