【摘要】 目的:分析超声诊断在产科急腹症诊断中的运用。方法:选择我院产科收治的89例经病理诊断确诊的急腹症患者为研究对象,给予患者超声诊断。结果:超声诊断急性盆腔炎的准确性为96.77%、诊断宫外孕的准确性为97.30%、诊断卵巢囊肿扭转的准确性为100.00%,与病理诊断对比差异均不显著。结论:产科急腹症诊断中,超声诊断结果准确性较高,且具有无创性优势,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of obstetrical acute abdomen.Methods 89 patients with acute abdomen diagnosed by pathology were selected and diagnosed by ultrasound.Results The accuracy of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute pelvic inflammation was 96.77%,the accuracy of ectopic pregnancy was 97.30%,and the accuracy of diagnosis of ovarian cyst torsion was 100.00%.there was no significant difference between ultrasound and pathological diagnosis.Conclusion In the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics,the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis is high,and it has the advantages of noninvasive,so it is worth popularizing.更多还原
