【摘要】 目的:探究3.0T MRI应用于直肠癌诊断及术前N分期中的价值。方法:选取2016年1月—2016年12月我院收治的直肠癌患者60例,术前行MRI检查,观察3.0T MRI的诊断结果。结果:3.0T MRI诊断直肠癌T分期和N分期的准确率分别为82.5%和72.5%,与手术病理检验的一致性均较高(P <0.05),且其肿瘤下缘与肛缘距离与手术病理检查的差异不明显(P> 0.05)。结论:3.0T MRI应用于直肠癌诊断及术前N分期中具有较高的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of 3.0t MRI in the diagnosis and preoperative n-staging of rectal cancer. Methods 60 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected for MRI examination before surgery and the diagnostic results of 3.0t MRI were observed.Results The accuracy of 3.0t MRI in the diagnosis of t and n staging of rectal cancer was 82.5% and 72.5% respectively,which was in good agreement with surgical and pathological examination(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the distance between the lower edge of the tumor and the anal margin and the surgical and pathological examination(P>0.05).Conclusion 3.0t MRI is of high value in the diagnosis of rectal cancer and preoperative n-staging.更多还原
