【摘要】 目的研究益气活血汤在治疗冠心病中的应用价值。方法选取2018年5月～2019年5月在我院治疗的冠心病患者124例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合益气活血汤治疗,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、心电图、血管内皮功能以及不良反应。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.16%,高于对照组的80.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组心电图ST段下移、室性早搏和房性早搏出现次数较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一氧化氮、内皮素-1均较治疗前有改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出现2例轻度胃肠反应,均可耐受,对照组无明显不良反应。结论益气活血汤治疗冠心病有效率高,可改善血管内皮功能,促进微循环,同时可改善心功能,进一步改善心肌缺血状态,从而改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 124 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 62 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment. The total effective rate, electrocardiogram, vascular endothelial function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.16%, which was higher than that in the control group 82.25%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the number of ST segment depression,ventricular premature beats and atrial premature beats in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of nitric oxide and endothelin-1 in the observation group were better than those before treatment, and the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 2 cases of mild gastrointestinal reactions were tolerated,and there was no obvious adverse reaction in the control group.Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Decoction is effective in treating coronary heart disease, can improve vascular endothelial function, promote microcirculation, improve heart function, and further improve myocardial ischemia, thereby improving patient prognosis.更多还原
