【Abstract】 Cell cycle checkpoint kinase 1(Chk1) is a serine/threonine(Ser/Thr kinase) encoded by the tumor suppressor gene Chk1 and is widely found in mammalian cells. In recent years, a number of domestic and foreign studies have shown that Chk1 and its inhibitors can regulate the formation and development of tumors.
