医学数字化可视技术在周围血管疾病临床诊断中的应用
Application of Medical Digital Visualization Technology in Clinical Diagnosis of Peripheral Vascular Diseases
【摘要】 目的分析医学数字化可视技术在周围血管疾病临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2014年5月~2018年5月我院手足外科收治的63例周围血管疾病患者为研究对象,对患者行数字减影血管造影(DSA),后再行数字化可视技术检查,对其病情进行诊断评估,并对两种检查的结果进行对比。结果周围血管疾病患者采用数字化可视技术检查,出现血管狭窄22例,闭塞11例,血管扩张12例,血管破裂8例,静脉瓣关闭不全10例;DSA检查中,出现血管狭窄20例,闭塞10例,血管扩张10例,血管破裂8例,静脉瓣关闭不全8例。数字化可视技术对周围血管疾病的诊断率高于DSA(100.00%vs 88.89%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在周围血管疾病临床诊断当中使用数字化可视技术,可对病灶予以明确诊断,为临床治疗提供参考依据,应用前景广阔。但目前数字化可视技术在我国医学领域的应用尚未普及,在未来的研究中仍需更多的理论和数据支持。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application value of medical digital visualization technology in the clinical diagnosis of peripheral vascular diseases. Methods 63 patients with peripheral vascular disease admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2018 were enrolled. The patients underwent Digital Subtraction Angiography(DSA), and then digital visual examination was performed to diagnose and evaluate the condition. Compare the results of the two checks. Results Using digital visualization technology to inspect peripheral vascular disease patients, there were 22 patients with vascular stenosis, 11 patients with occlusion, 12 patients with vasodilation, 8 patients with vascular rupture and 10 patients with venous valve insufficiency. In DSA inspect, there were 20 patients with vascular stenosis, 10 patients with occlusion, 10 patients with vasodilation, 8 patients with vascular rupture and 8 patients with venous valve insufficiency. In the diagnosis of various vascular diseases, the diagnostic rate of digital visual technology is higher than that of DSA(100.00% vs 88.89%), and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of digital visualization technology in the clinical diagnosis of peripheral vascular disease can clearly diagnose the lesion, provide reference for clinical treatment,and has broad application prospects. However, the application of digital visualization technology in China’s medical field has not yet been popularized,and more theoretical and data support is needed in future research.
