【摘要】 目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙片联合心血管药物治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年1月～2月收治的70例冠心病患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各35例。两组患者均给予常规基础治疗,对照组在此基础上给予辛伐他汀钙片,研究组采用阿托伐他汀片治疗,比较两组患者三酰甘油(TG)、血总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平及治疗效果。结果对照组TC、TG、LDL-C分别为(3.13±0.29)mmol/L、(5.74±0.32)mmol/L、(3.67±0.25)mmol/L,高于研究组的(2.05±0.32)mmol/L、(4.98±0.36)mmol/L、(3.01±0.22)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组HDL-C水平低于研究组[(1.08±0.05)mmol/L vs (1.63±0.07)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托他汀钙片治疗冠心病临床效果较好,有助于调理患者脂代谢水平,延缓和控制疾病发展,改善患者血脂水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with cardiovascular drugs for coronary heart disease.Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January to February 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 35 cases each. The two groups were given routine basic treatment. The control group was given simvastatin calcium tablets. The study group was treated with atorvastatin tablets. The two groups were compared with triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC). High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels and therapeutic effects.Results The TC, TG and LDL-C of the control group were(3.13±0.29) mmol/L,(5.74±0.32) mmol/L, and(3.67±0.25) mmol/L, respectively, which was higher than that of the study group(2.05±0.32) mmol/L,(4.98±0.36) mmol/L,(3.01±0.22) mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the HDL-C level of the control group was lower than the study group [(1.08±0.05) mmol/L Vs(1.63±0.07) mmol/L], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%, which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium tablets have a good clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease, which helps to regulate the level of lipid metabolism, delay and control the development of disease, and improve the blood lipid level of patients.更多还原
