【摘要】 目的观察酪酸梭菌活菌散在治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻患儿中的应用疗效。方法选取2016年8月～2017年6月我院收治的小儿消化不良性腹泻患儿84例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。观察组给予酪酸梭菌活菌散药物联合醒脾养儿颗粒医治,对照组单独给予醒脾养儿颗粒药物医治,比较两组总有效率、症状改善时间、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿腹泻、腹胀、腹痛消失时间、大便性状改变时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿大便次数小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组用药后不良反应发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿消化不良性腹泻患儿中给予酪酸梭菌活菌散联合醒脾养儿颗粒医治效果较好,改善腹泻症状,用药安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Clostridium butyricum in the treatment of children with dyspeptic diarrhea.Methods 84 children with dyspepsia in children admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,42 cases each.The observation group was treated with Clostridium butyricum powder and combined with Xingpi Yanger granules.The control group was treated with Xingpi Yanger granules alone.The total effective rate,symptom improvement time and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of diarrhea,disappearance of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and the change time of stool characteristics were all shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).The number of stools in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.14%,which was 16.67% lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with dyspepsia diarrhea,the administration of Clostridium butyricum and the spleen and nourishing granules is better,and the symptoms of diarrhea are improved.The safety of medication is high,which is worthy of reference.更多还原
