【摘要】 目的观察中医传统手法复位联合经皮椎体成形术(PVP术)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效。方法选取2016年8月～2018年8月我院收治的OVCF患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组行PVP术,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中医传统手法复位治疗,比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS评分)、椎体前缘高度、椎体后凸角(Cobb’s角)。结果治疗前两组VAS评分、椎体前缘高度、Cobb’s角比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组术后1d、术后1个月、术后3个月VAS评分、椎体前缘高度、Cobb’s角均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组术后1 d、术后1个月、术后个3月VAS评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),椎体前缘高度、Cobb’s角与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组术后1 d、术后1个月、术后3个月VAS评分、椎体前缘高度、Cobb’s角均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PVP术治疗OVCF具有复位效果好、有效缓解患者疼痛,纠正骨折后后凸畸形的优点,且能很大程度的弥补单纯PVP术的缺点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF). Methods 60 patients with OVCF admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,30 cases each. The control group underwent PVP. The treatment group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine reduction therapy on the basis of the control group. The visual analog pain score(VAS score), vertebral body height and vertebral kyphosis angle(Cobb’s angle) were compared before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in VAS score, vertebral body height and Cobb’s angle between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05). The score of VAS, the height of anterior edge of vertebral body and the angle of Cobb’s in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment at 1 d, 1 month and 3 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The VAS scores of the control group 1 d, 1 month after surgery, and 3 months after surgery were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The height of vertebral body leading edge and Cobb’s angle were compared with those before treatment,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). The VAS score, vertebral body height and Cobb’s angle were better in the treatment group than in the control group 1 d after operation, 1 month after operation and 3 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion PVP treatment of OVCF has the advantages of good reduction effect, effective relief of pain in patients, correction of kyphosis after fracture, and can greatly compensate for the shortcomings of simple PVP.更多还原
