【摘要】 牙髓血运重建术应用于牙根未发育完全的年轻恒牙,通过控制根管系统的感染,保护牙髓干细胞及根尖的牙乳头干细胞等种子细胞,形成以血凝块为主的再生支架,同时提供严密的冠部封闭,为干细胞提供微环境促进其生长分化为成牙本质细胞和成骨细胞,从而诱使根尖继续发育,促进牙髓再生。本文就牙髓血运重建术的基本原理、操作步骤及相关影响因素作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pulp revascularization is suitable for the teeth which are not fully developed in the root.Through effective root canal disinfection and protection of some seed cells such as dental pulp stem cells or apical papillary stem cells,to form a regenerative scaffold composed of blood clots.Finally perform strict crown filling,providing an environmentfor stem cells to grow and differentiate into odontoblasts and osteoblasts,thereby inducing root development and pulp regeneration.This article will review the basic principles and operating procedures of pulp revascularization.更多还原
