【摘要】 目的:对我国各级医院医用直线加速器的配置及使用情况进行分析和评价,同时对进口和国产品牌医用直线加速器的使用情况进行比较,为设备的合理配置及使用提供建议。方法:选取配备进口和国产品牌医用直线加速器的医院各13家,进口和国产品牌各2个,比较不同医院、不同品牌医用直线加速器的使用情况。结果:不同医院医用直线加速器配置及使用均存在较大差别;进口与国产品牌医用直线加速器在使用上存在较明显的差异。结论:医用直线加速器的配置应当与医院的服务功能定位基本相符;国产设备在功能开发、治疗量负荷量、数据追踪等方面有待改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze and evaluate the deployment and use of medical linear accelerators in hospitals at all levels in China, and compare the use of imported and domestic brand medical linear accelerators, to provide suggestions for rational allocation and use of equipment. Methods: 13 hospitals equipped with imported and 13 hospitals equipped with domestic brand medical linear accelerators were selected. The imported and domestic brands both are 2. The use of medical linear accelerators in different hospitals and brands are compared. Results: There are big differences in the deployment and use of medical linear accelerators between different hospitals. There are obvious differences in the use of imported and domestic brands of medical linear accelerators. Conclusion: The deployment of the medical linear accelerator should be consistent with the service function positioning of the hospital. The domestic equipment needs to be improved in terms of function development, therapeutic load and data tracking.更多还原
