【摘要】 目的:探讨老年高血压患者治疗依从性、治疗态度与信念及医疗社会支持之间的关系,为改善其治疗依从性提供依据。方法:以高血压治疗依从性量表、高血压治疗态度与信念量表及医疗社会支持量表为调查工具,对齐齐哈尔市某区450名老年高血压患者进行调查。结果:治疗依从性、治疗态度与信念及医疗社会支持两两间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。治疗态度与信念在医疗社会支持和治疗依从性之间具有部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的46.2%。结论:医疗社会支持通过改善治疗态度与信念提高患者的治疗依从性,医务人员应加大对老年高血压患者的关注和支持,给予其更多关爱,使其保持积极的治疗态度与信念,进而提升治疗依从性水平,改善不良的临床结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship among treatment adherence, treatment attitude and belief, and medical social support, so as to provide a basis for improving their treatment adherence. Methods: A total of 450 elderly patients with hypertension in a district of Qiqihar were investigated by using TASHP, ATRABS, MOS-SSS. Results: There was a positive correlation between treatment adherence, treatment attitude and belief, and medical social support(P<0.05). Treatment attitude and belief played an intermediary role between treatment compliance and medical social support. The mediating effect accounted for 46.2% of the total effect. Conclusion: Medical social support improves patient compliance by improving treatment attitudes and beliefs. Medical staff should pay more attention and support to elderly patients with hypertension and give more care to maintain positive treatment attitudes and beliefs, thereby improving the level of patient adherence and improving adverse clinical outcomes.更多还原
