【Abstract】 Lipid metabolism disorder is a crucial characteristic of many malignant tumors, including colorectal cancer, and it is mainly characterized by the increase of lipid synthesis in cancer cells, which leads to lipid accumulation. In this process,the expression and activation of related enzymes and transcription factors in the lipid metabolism pathway are altered, which in turn activates tumor-associated signaling pathways. At the same time, many natural products with various pharmacological effects, such as blood lipid lowering, anti-inflammatory or anti-cancer activating, have gradually become research hotspots.This paper briefly summarizes the role of lipid metabolism signaling pathway in the development of colorectal cancer and the research status of anti-colorectal cancer natural products based on lipid metabolism signaling pathway.更多还原
