【摘要】 目的:研究复方苦参注射液联合盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗中、重度癌痛的临床疗效。方法:设对照组和治疗组,每组30例,对照组予以盐酸吗啡缓释片,治疗组予以盐酸吗啡缓释片联合复方苦参注射液。观察两组患者疼痛缓解率、不良反应以及生活质量改善情况。结果:两组患者疼痛缓解总有效率比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组疼痛完全缓解和中度缓解优于对照组,具有统计学意义(Z=-1.996);治疗组便秘反应发生率明显低于对照组(χ2=4.812,P=0.028)。结论:复方苦参注射液具有协同镇痛、缓解便秘和改善患者生活质量的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effect of compound kushen injections combined with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in moderate and severe cancer pain.Methods:In the two groups(each 30 cases),patients in the control group were treated with morphine hydrochloride sustainedrelease tablets,and patients in the treatment group were treated with compound kushen injections on the basis of the control group.The pain relief rates,the adverse reactions and the quality of life in the two groups were analyzed.Results:The effective rates of pain relief in the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).The total and moderate remission rates of pain in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group(Z=-1.996).The incidence of constipation in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ2=4.812,P=0.028).Conclusion:Compound kushen injections have the effects on synergistic analgesia,relieving constipation and improving the quality of life of patients.更多还原
