【摘要】 目的:调查研究南充地区老年男性性生活质量及勃起功能障碍(ED)的患病率。方法:纳入684例在体检中心接受健康体检的60岁以上的南充地区的男性,调查通过问卷形式完成,问卷内容包括一般情况、性生活质量问卷(SLQQ)和国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)等内容,通过分析问卷结果统计影响老年男性性生活质量的常见原因,ED的患病率及老年男性对性生活质量和ED的认知情况。结果:南充地区老年男性无性生活率高达41.23%,ED患病率高达78.8%,导致本地区老年男性无性生活的主要原因是勃起功能障碍和夫妻分居。在有正常性生活的老年男性中,随年龄增加性生活质量有明显下降趋势。53.21%的受访者认为性生活在男性生活中占重要地位,在ED患者中,66.05%的患者有治疗ED的意愿,仅有18.18%的患者有因ED主动就医经历,15.77%的患者从未接受过治疗。结论:南充地区老年男性无性生活率和ED患病率明显高于经济发达地区,对性生活质量和ED认知和态度是否与地区经济水平、文化程度有一定的相关性值得进一步研究和讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the sexual life quality and prevalence of erectile dysfunction(ED) in elderly men of Nanchong area.Methods:A total of 684 males age over 60 years old in the Nanchong area who underwent a physical examination at the physical examination center were enrolled in the study.We completed the survey by questionnaire method,the questionnaire included general information,sexual life quality questionnaire(SLQQ) and international erectile function index-5(IIEF-5) and other content,we summarized the reasons of affecting the sexual life quality in older men,the prevalence of ED and the knowlodge and attitude to sexual life quality or ED through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire.Results:The asexual life rate in elderly male was as high as 41.23%,and the prevalence of ED was 78.8%.The main reason for the asexual life of elderly males in this area was erectile dysfunction and husband and wife separation.In older men with normal sexual life,the quality of sexual life decreases with age.53.21% of the respondents believe that sex life plays an important role in male life.Among ED patients,66.05% have the willingness to treat ED,18.18% have medical experience because ED,and 15.77% never receive any ED treatment.Conclusion:The rate of asexual life and prevalence of ED in elderly men in Nanchong area is significantly higher than that in economically developed areas.The importance of knowlodge and attitude to sexual life quality and ED may affect the quality of life in the elderly.It is necessary to strengthen the importance of Sexual health education.Whether the knowlodge and attitude to sexual life quality and ED have a certain correlation with regional economic level and cultural level deserves further study and discussion.更多还原
