临床技能培训体系对医学生临床实践能力培养的教学效果研究
Research on effects of clinical skills training system to promote clinical practice ability of medical students
【摘要】 随着医学模拟技术逐渐被广泛使用,医学教学理念及其教学运行模式也在发生变化。大连医科大学积极探索实践,建立了系统的临床技能培训体系。9年来对全体临床医学专业学生开展全员培训,组织参加医学生全员临床技能竞赛及备战全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛,取得了优异成绩,同时建立了医学本科生临床技能培训考核体系,提升了全校临床医学专业医学生临床实践能力。
【Abstract】 With the widespread use of medical simulation technology, Dalian Medical University has actively explored and established a systematic clinical skills training system. Over the past nine years, we applied this system to train all clinical medical students, organized and participated in the medical students’ clinical skills competition and prepared for the national medical college students’ clinical skills competition, and achieved excellent results. At the same time, the medical undergraduates’ clinical skills training assessment system have established by our university and the clinical practice ability of all the medical students majoring in clinical medicine are improved.
