【摘要】 目的:探讨临床药师对使用万古霉素病人的药学服务。方法:结合典型案例,阐述临床药师对使用万古霉素病人药物治疗方案的建议,及红人综合征、药物热和粒细胞减少等药品不良反应(ADRs)处理等药学服务工作。结果:临床药师提供的药学服务增强了药物治疗的安全性和有效性。结论:临床药师可以从参与药物治疗方案、处理ADRs及完善药学监护等方面作为切入点,对使用万古霉素治疗的病人积极开展药学服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore pharmaceutical care of the patients treated with vancomycin by clinical pharmacists.Methods:In the light of typical cases,clinical pharmacists provided recommendations for patient treatment profile with vancomycin,as well as pharmaceutical care in the management of such adverse drug reactions(ADRs)as red man syndrome,drug fever and agranulocytosis and so on.Results:Pharmaceutical care offered by clinical pharmacists enhanced the safety and efficacy of drug therapy.Conclusion:With active involvement in drug therapy scheme,management of ADRs and perfect pharmaceutical care as entry points,clinical pharmacists could play apositive role in pharmaceutical care of the patients treated with vanocomycin.更多还原
