【摘要】 目的:评价经皮穴位电刺激对女性冰毒成瘾者性激素水平的影响。方法:83例女性甲基苯丙胺成瘾自愿者按入组顺序随机分为MOCK组(对照组) 27例和2/100Hz组(实验组) 56例,每例于月经周期的第2d上午8∶00-10∶00之间采血后,开始采用经皮穴位电刺激仪进行治疗。MOCK组的频率为2/100 Hz,电流强度控制在0～2 mA(起到模拟效果即可); 2/100 Hz组的治疗频率为2/100 Hz、电流强度为10～25 mA。两组分别进行治疗,每日一次,每次30 min,一周治疗5天休息2天,直到下次月经来潮前结束。结果:(1) 2/100 Hz组的血清雌二醇水平在治疗后显著低于治疗前(P <0. 05),也显著低于MOCK组的治疗后(P <0. 05);(2) 2/100 Hz组的血清泌乳素水平在治疗前后无显著差异,但明显低于治疗后的MOCK组(P <0. 05);(3) 2/100 Hz组的焦虑评分(HAMA)和抑郁评分(HAMD)在治疗后显著低于治疗前(P <0. 05),也显著低于MOCK组的治疗后(P <0. 01);(4)对照组和治疗组血清中卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、孕酮和睾酮的水平治疗前后无显著差异,两组之间也无明显变化。结论:经皮穴位电刺激能够降低冰毒成瘾者康复期血清雌二醇和泌乳素水平,从而缓解其焦虑抑郁情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation( TEAS) on sexual hormone levels in convalescent women with methamphetamine addicts.Methods: 83 female volunteers were randomly divided into MOCK group( control group,n = 27) and 2/100 Hz group( treatment group,n = 56). All patients were treated with TEAS after their venous blood was taken between 8 ∶ 00 am and 10 ∶ 00 am. The stimulation frequency in mock group was 2/100 Hz,and the current intensity was controlled at 0≤2 mA( simulated effect). In the treatment group,the stimulation frequency was 2/100 Hz,the current intensity was 10-25 mA( adjusted according to the patient’ s response),and once a day for 30 minutes,5 days treatment a week,2 days rest,and the course of treatment lasted 3 months.Results:( 1) The level of serum estrogen( E2) in 2/100 Hz group was significantly lower than that before treatment( P < 0. 05),and also significantly lower than that in MOCK group after treatment( P < 0. 05).( 2) There was no significant difference in serum prolactin( PRL)level in 2/100 Hz group before and after treatment,but significantly lower than that in MOCK group after treatment( P < 0. 05).( 3) The anxiety score( HAMA) and depression score( HAMD) in 2/100 Hz group were significantly lower than those before treatment and also significantly lower than those in MOCK group after treatment.( 4) There was no significant difference in serum levels of( FSH),progesterone(LH),progesterone(P) and testosterone(T) between control group and treatment group,and there was no significant change between the two groups.Conclusion: TEAS can reduce the levels of serum estrogen and prolactin and alleviate the anxiety and depression of methamphetamine addicts during convalescence.更多还原
