【摘要】 目的:了解深圳市中学生网络成瘾行为的发生率,探讨其与抑郁情绪的相关性。方法:采用网络成瘾测试獉獉獉獉(Internet Addiction Test,IAT)、流调中心抑郁量表(Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale,CES-D)及自制一般情况表对深圳市2200名中学生的网络成瘾及其抑郁情绪进行调查研究。结果:共有2015名中学生完成獉獉调查,其中男生1043人(占51. 8%),女生972人(占48. 2%);初中生926人(46. 0%),高中生1089人(占54. 0%)。460名中学生有网络成瘾(占22. 8%),38名学生为重度网络成瘾者(占1. 9%)。不同性别和年级之间网络成瘾检出率无统计学差异(P> 0. 05)。有抑郁情绪,每周不参加体育锻炼,学习压力大及亲子关系差是中学生产生网络成瘾行为的重要影响因素。结论:深圳市中学生网络成瘾发生率较高,形势严峻,社会、学校及家庭应积獉獉极采取措施,尽早干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the prevalence of internet addiction and its association with depressed mood in Shenzhen middle school students.Methods: Youth Internet Addiction Test,Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale and Self-completed questionnaires,including demographic characteristics and internet use situation,were utilized to examine the prevalence of internet addiction and its association with depression in 2200 middle school students.Results: Totally 2015 middle school students completed the scales with 1043 boys( 51. 8%) and 972 girls( 48. 2%) as well as 926 junior middle school students( 46. 0%) and 1089 high school students( 54. 0%). Among the study population,the prevalence of internet addiction was 22. 8%,with 38( 1. 9%) severely addicted to the internet. The prevalence was not significantly different between gender and grades( P > 0. 05).Depressed mood,study pressure and poor relation between parents and children were positively associated with internet addiction( P < 0. 05). Deficits of physical practice had a significant negative predictive effect on internet addiction( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: The prevalence of internet addiction in middle school students was high and early detection and intervention for internet addiction should be carried out.更多还原
