【摘要】 本文基于245家科技型企业调研数据,实证检验了伙伴关系对协同创新和企业创新绩效的影响,以及协同创新的中介作用,知识共享和认知多样性的调节作用。研究结果表明:伙伴关系对企业创新绩效具有显著正向影响,协同创新在两者关系中起中介作用,认知多样性正向调节了伙伴关系和协同创新之间的关系,知识共享正向调节了协同创新与创新绩效之间的关系,且正向调节了协同创新的中介作用。本文研究结果对于企业如何利用伙伴关系提升创新绩效具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the survey data of 245 scientific and technological enterprises, this paper empirically examines the impact of partnership on collaborative innovation and enterprise innovation performance, and analyzes the mediating effect of collaborative innovation, the moderating effect of knowledge sharing and cognitive diversity. The results show that partnership has a significant positive effect on enterprise innovation performance. Collaborative innovation plays a mediating role in the relationship between them. Cognitive diversity positively moderates the relationship between partnership and collaborative innovation, knowledge sharing positively moderates the relationship between collaborative innovation and innovation performance, meanwhile, there exists a modrated mediation. The research results of this paper has a reference significance for enterprises how to use partnership to improve innovation performance.更多还原
