【摘要】 目的 分析黄山山岳型景区院外急救的疾病谱分布及其特点,为进一步提高院外救治能力及制定干预措施提供依据。方法 对2013年1月1日—2017年12月31日我黄山风景区管委会机关门诊部院外救治的1 052例急诊救治患者的临床资料进行统计和回顾性分析。结果 院外急救前7位病种依次是外伤(434例,41.25%)、心血管系统疾病(288例,27.38%)、消化系统疾病(58例,5.51%)、内分泌代谢系统疾病(55例,5.23%)、神经系统疾病(46例,4.37%)、猝死(37例,3.52%)、雷击伤(25例,2.38%)。院外急救发生率为0.67‰。院外急救患者的发病月份主要集中在4～10月,与黄山景区旅游游客量分布呈正相关。结论 外伤和心血管系统疾病是黄山山岳型景区院外急救病例中最常见的病种,要加强景区外伤、心脑血管疾病、猝死等院外急救能力建设,针对性开展相关疾病干预措施,做好预防工作,减少院外急救事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective For further improving the ability of out-of-hospital treatment and formulating the intervention measures,we analyze the disease spectrum distribution and characteristics of the first aid outside the hospital of huangshan scenic area.Method To statistics and retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 1 052 emergency patients from January 1,2013 to December 31,2017 whose were treated outside our hospital.Results The first 7 cases were trauma(434 cases,41.25%),cardiovascular diseases(288 cases,27.38%),digestive diseases(58 cases,5.51%),endocrine and metabolic diseases(55 cases,5.23%),nervous system diseases(46 cases,4.37%),sudden death(37 cases,3.52%),and lightning injuries(25 cases,2.38%).The incidence of out-of-hospital emergency care was 0.67‰.The onset months of out-of-hospital emergency patients were mainly from April to October,which was positively correlated with the tourist volume distribution in Huangshan scenic spot.Conclusios The trauma and cardiovascular system diseases are the most common diseases in the out-of-hospital emergency cases in the huangshan mountain.The ability construction of outof-hospital emergency care such as trauma,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and sudden death should be strengthened in the scenic area.Relevant intervention measures should be carried out to prevent the occurrence of outof-hospital first aid events.更多还原
