【摘要】 目的:通过正交试验法优化复方缬草胶囊挥发油部位的最佳提取工艺。方法:以乙酸龙脑酯作为指标,比较不同浸泡时间、料液比和提取时间的提取率。结果:最佳条件为浸泡时间30 min,料液比10∶1,提取时间5 h,此时提取工艺最佳。结论:优化后的方法用时少,提取效率高,且简单可靠,可用于复方缬草胶囊的提取工艺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the extraction process on volatile oil from compound valerian capsule by orthogonal test.Methods:Using borneol acetate as the index to compare the extraction rate of different soaking time, material liquid ratio and extraction time.Results:The best conditions were the soaking time of 30 min, the ratio of material to liquid 10∶1, and the extraction time of 5 hours.Conclusion:The optimized method has the advantages of less time, high extraction efficiency, simple and reliable, and can be used for the extraction process of compound valerian capsule.更多还原
