【摘要】 僧医将佛教教义与中医理论相结合,是古代医疗人员的重要组成部分。清代僧医多活跃于地方,已不同于中古时期。以释心禅为例,从其民间诊治活动、与官、儒人际交往以及与地方治疫上看出僧医在当时社会上所起的作用。如释心禅此类僧人,将佛教普度众生付诸于行动,通过行医救命的方式,从而达到实现理想、施展才华,创造自身价值的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Buddhist doctors,who combined the Buddhist doctrine and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,are seemed as the important parts of the ancient medical staff. The Buddhist doctors of Qing dynasty worked mostly in local areas,which has been different from that in medieval times. The current paper took the Shixin chan as an example to analyze the role and function of the Buddhist doctors in society at that time from the aspects of medical treatment among folks,the social activites with officials and educated persons,and treatment in local areas. Monks,such as Shixin chan,apply the Buddhist’s belief of saving all living things into practical treatment in order to save lives,which help them achieve the goal of realizing the ideal,showing the talents and creating their own value.更多还原
