【Abstract】 This paper expounds the research and application of field excavation operation standard of electric shovel in recent years,analyses the importance of field excavation operation standard of electric shovel,studies the difference between field excavation operation standard and theory of electric shovel under various working conditions,summarizes the key procedures of field excavation operation standard,prolongs the service life of key components of electric shovel,and solves the technical problems frequently occurring in excavation operation failure.To eliminate overload and brutal operation accidents of shovel drivers,ensure safe,efficient and stable operation of shovel,and obtain good economic benefits,which will be popularized in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Mine.更多还原
