喷砂处理对定向凝固镍基高温合金DZ406组织及持久性能的影响

【摘要】 对定向凝固镍基高温合金DZ406分别进行强度为0.3MPa、0.5MPa的1min表面喷砂,研究喷砂对合金组织及980℃/275MPa持久性能的影响。结果表明,不同强度喷砂处理后的合金表面均存在变形层。喷砂明显降低DZ406合金980℃/275MPa的持久性能,且随喷砂强度的增加而进一步下降。喷砂后的合金在随后的热处理及持久过程中产生了再结晶层,再结晶晶粒均为等轴状,且厚度随喷砂强度的增大而增加。喷砂导致合金产生的再结晶横向晶界在持久过程中成为裂纹萌生区,是造成DZ406合金持久性能降低的主要原因。

【Abstract】 The directionally solidified nickel-base superalloy DZ406 were treated by grit blasting at 0.3 MPa,0.5 MPa for 1 min,and the effects of sand blasting on microstructure and stress rupture properties of the alloy at980℃/275 MPa were studied.The results show that there are deformation layers on the surface of the alloy after different strength blasting treatment.Sand blasting significantly reduces the stress rupture performance of DZ406 alloy at 980℃/275 MPa,and further decreases with the increase of blasting strength.The blasted alloy produced a recrystallized layer in the subsequent heat treatment and experimental process,and the recrystallized grains were all equiaxed,and the thickness increased with the increase of the blasting strength.The recrystallized transverse grain boundary caused by sand blasting becomes a crack initiation zone in the long-term process,which is the main reason for the decrease of the durability of DZ406 alloy.
