【摘要】 近年来,高校化学实验室火灾和爆炸事故时有发生,而实验方法不合理、实验过程发生意外、电气设备故障、危险品储存不当和易燃易爆气体液体泄漏等是事故的主要原因。另外消防安全组织领导不健全、安全管理制度体系不完善、建筑防火标准低、消防设施缺失和事故应急处置能力弱等,在客观上造成了实验室事故多发。消防安全作为化学实验室安全管理工作的重要方面,应提升组织领导和应急管理水平,完善制度体系和教育培训机制,加强危险化学品的管制,确保消防设施的完好,才能有效提升实验室安全管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, fire and explosion accidents occurred frequently in university chemical laboratory, unreasonable laboratory experiment method, experimental process accident, electric equipment failure, improper storage of dangerous goods, flammable and explosive gas or liquid leakage are the main characteristics of the accidents.The imperfect leadership of fire safety organization, the defective safety management system, low standard of building fire protection, lack of the fire control facilities and weak emergency response capability in university, etc, cause the accidents. Fire safety, as an important aspect of chemical laboratory safety management, organizational leadership and emergency management should be improved. Only perfecting the education and trained system, strengthening the control of dangerous chemicals, ensuring the integrity of fire protection facilities, can effectively eliminate the fire safety problems and promote the safety management level of chemical laboratory.更多还原
