【摘要】 近年来高等学校购置的贵重仪器设备无论是数量还是价格较以往都有了显著增加,如何提高高等院校国家投资产出比是政府管理部门和教育管理者关注、调研、改革的重点,也形成了一定的研究成果和有效经验,以天津医科大学为例,讨论高等医学院校贵重仪器开放共享管理中机制建设的实际问题,初步探索如何有效加强贵重仪器开放共享的管理机制建设,有效提升教学科研资源利用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, there has been a remarkable increase in the quantity and price of expensive equipment purchased by institutions of universities. How to improve the investment-output ratio of colleges and universities is the focus of government administrative departments, focusing on research, survey, and reform. It has achieved some research results and effective experience. This present research takes Tianjin Medical University as an example to discuss practical problems in construction of "open and shared" mechanisms of expensive equipment in medical colleges and universities. It also gives some preliminary exploration on how to effectively strengthen the management of "open and shared" mechanism as well as how to improve the efficiency of utilization in teaching and research resources.更多还原
