固相微萃取技术改进本科色谱实验
Associating solid-phase microextraction with chromatography to improve experiments for undergraduates
【摘要】 在本科学生的色谱实验中,引入顶空固相微萃取技术对目标物进行富集萃取,不但能提高分析的灵敏度和选择性,也能准确对多种目标物成分进行定性和定量分析。将此种研究技术加入到本科的实验教学中,改变色谱实验中液体直接进样方式,实现前沿科技与实验课程相结合,不但使实验内容更为饱满,也能扩大学生的知识面,使学生的实验技能得到更多锻炼。
【Abstract】 As a sampling preparation technique, solid-phase microextraction not only has the potentiality of improving sample introduction technique and analysis sensitivity, but also carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis more accurately. Associating solid-phase microextraction, instead of the traditional direct sample introduction, with chromatography to improve experiments in laboratories is able to expand the range of students’ knowledge and get more opportunities for training their experimental skills.
