【摘要】 本文对中国大熊猫保护研究中心三大基地——雅安碧峰峡基地、都江堰基地和卧龙神树坪基地的64名大熊猫饲养人员,以调查问卷的方式,从5个方面调查了他们的主观态度,包括对工作的热爱度、对大熊猫的喜爱度、职业幸福感、社会认可度和收入满意度。同时,邀请20位动物学专家,依据国际通用的"5F"标准(即五大自由标准),对该64位饲养人员饲养的大熊猫分别进行福利评价,并将饲养人员主观态度与大熊猫福利水平做相关性分析。结果表明:大熊猫福利水平与大熊猫饲养人员对大熊猫的喜爱度、大熊猫饲养人员职业幸福感均呈正相关关系,即大熊猫饲养人员对大熊猫的喜爱度越高,大熊猫福利水平越好;大熊猫饲养人员职业幸福感越强,大熊猫福利水平越好。最后以大熊猫福利水平为因变量,以大熊猫饲养人员对大熊猫的喜爱度、大熊猫饲养人员职业幸福感为自变量做多重线性回归分析,结果表明饲养人员职业幸福感对大熊猫福利水平影响最为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 We interviewed 64 giant panda keepers from three bases of the China Giant Panda Conservation and Research Center—Ya’an Bifengxia Base,Dujiangyan Base,and Wolong Shenshuping Base. Our interviews addressed five issues,viz. their love for work,love for pandas,professional happiness,social recognition,and income satisfaction. At the same time,20 zoological experts were invited to evaluate the welfare of these pandas according to the internationally accepted"5 F"standards( namely the five freedom standards),and analyze the correlation between the subjective attitude of the keepers and the welfare level of giant pandas. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the welfare level of giant panda and the keepers’ love of pandas and the professional happiness of panda keepers: greater love for pandas among keepers was related to better welfare of giant pandas. Similarly,higher professional happiness of panda keepers was positively correlated with better panda welfare. We regressed the welfare level of giant pandas on the level of love of panda keepers for pandas and on the professional happiness of panda keepers. The professional happiness of panda keepers had the most significant influence on the welfare level of giant pandas.更多还原
