【摘要】 目的探讨难治性妊娠期鼻出血的治疗方法。方法我科采用鼻内镜下电凝止血治疗难治性妊娠期鼻出血11例,观察其效果结果 11例鼻出血患者中,有10例在鼻内镜下找到明确出血点,电凝后未发生再次出血。结论表面麻醉下鼻内镜探查加电凝止血是治疗难治性妊娠期鼻出血的有效手段,但要注意术前评估以及医疗安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment of intractable epistaxis during pregnancy. Methods Eleven cases of intractable epistaxis during pregnancy were treated by electrocoagulation under nasal endoscope. Results Among 11 cases of epistaxis,clear bleeding points were found in 10 cases under nasal endoscope,and no re-bleeding occurred after cauterization. Conclusions Endoscopic exploration combined with electrocoagulation hemostasis under topical anesthesia is an effective treatment for intractable epistaxis during pregnancy,but preoperative evaluation and medical safety should be paid attention to.更多还原
