含体积型缺陷管道的剩余强度分析
Residual Strength Analysis of Pipeline with Volumetric Defects
【摘要】 随着油气管道输送技术的进一步发展,对管道的剩余强度分析愈发重要。为研究缺陷参数对管道剩余强度的影响规律,将ABAQUS有限元分析方法与响应曲面法相结合,根据剩余强度有限元分析结果回归出一个精度较高的二次模型,建立了剩余强度与各缺陷参数的关系方程。得出结论:长轴夹角、缺陷深度、缺陷长度三个因素影响效果明显,而缺陷宽度的影响效果较为细微;同时,缺陷长度和缺陷深度、缺陷长度和长轴夹角之间的交互作用影响效果较为显著。
【Abstract】 With the further development of oil and gas pipeline transportation, the residual strength analysis of pipeline becomes more and more important. In order to study the influence of defect parameters on pipeline residual strength, the ABAQUS finite element analysis method and response surface method are combined to regress the quadratic model with high accuracy according to the finite element analysis results of residual strength, and the relation equation between residual strength and defect parameters is established. The conclusion is drawn that the single factors of angle of long axis, defect depth and defect length have obvious influence effect, while the effect of defect width is slight. At the same time, the interaction effect of defect length and defect depth, defect length and angle between long axes are more significant.
