【摘要】 目的探讨青春期功血的临床治疗方法。方法选择2018年1月-2019年6月我院收治的青春期功血患者105例为研究对象,依照随机分组的基本原则,分为观察组(53例)和对照组(52例),观察组使用优思明治疗,对照组使用补佳乐治疗。观察2组患者控制出血时间、完全止血时间、不良反应情况,并对治疗效果进行评价。结果 1.对照组的治疗有效率为94.23%,观察组的治疗有效率为94.34%,组间进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2.观察组的止血时间及控制出血时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。3.不良反应的发生率,观察组为9.43%,对照组为9.62%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。减量后阴道出血发生率,观察组为9.43%,对照组为23.10%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优思明治疗青春期功血,临床疗效显著,不良反应轻,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To exploration of treatment of adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods A total of105 cases of patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were admitted from January 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital,which were divided into control group(52 cases) and observation group(53 cases) according to random number table. The observation group was treated with Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets,while the control group was treated with Estradilo Valerate tablets. The bleeding control time、the hemostasis time,adverse reactions and were compared between the two groups, and clinical curative effect was evaluated. Results 1.Clinical total effective rate of the control group was 94.23%,similar to that of the the observation group 94.34%(P >0.05);2.The hemostasis time of observation group was shorter the control group(P<0.05),the bleeding control time of observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).3. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that of control group(P>0.05);and about the incidence rate of bleeding again, observation group(9.43%) was shorter than that of control group(23.10%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Given Yasmin treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients, the effect is obvious, less adverse reactions, and with high safety.更多还原
