超前支护技术在盘区顶板支护中的研究与应用

【摘要】 通过对井下盘区顶板容易发生开裂、脱层情况的顶板进行归纳分析,发现盘区岔口1#川与1#沿岔口顶板和一直渗水顶板,极易容易发生开裂、变形情况,并针对这样的顶板位置特点和支护局限性,采用不同的超前支护方法进行支护。1#川与1#沿岔口在上一分层进行充填过程中超前铺设圆木,保证圆木直径280mm,并在下一分层掘进至该处时,及时架设钢拱架。渗水顶板内部已经开裂,川、沿脉掘进过程中,针对渗水顶板及时采取架设钢拱架,之后对两帮进行支护护帮。在现场实际生产中,很好的保证了顶板安全。

【Abstract】 The underground panel roof would be destroyed easily as cracking, delaminating, which is summarized and analyzed,therefore the roof in fork 1# stream and 1# fork edge roof and the water seepage roof were found, which are easily cracking and delaminating, so the different advanced support technologies are adopted for supporting according to the above mentioned roof position features and support limitation. The logs laying on the previous layer of 1# stream and 1# roof edge in the filling stage, the diameter of logs must be 280 mm, and the steel arch prop shall be set up in time when the next layer dig in here. The inside of water seepage roof has been cracking, the steel arch prop shall be set up in time for the water seepage roof in the digging process of stream and ore drift, and then the supporting shall be set up. Therefore the roof safe can be guaranteed in the on-site actual poduction.
