用于实验教学的仿真血气分析仪研制

【摘要】 目的:为满足本科生的血气分析实验教学需求,降低实验成本,研制仿真血气分析仪。方法:该仪器由硬件部分和软件部分组成。采用MSP430F149单片机作为系统微控制器,通过RS232异步通信传输方式进行数据传输,采用步进电动机转动控制设备进行实际加样操作,通过操作软件输入不同实验分组,显示相关实验参数测量结果。其中MSP430F149单片机控制硬件电路的程序(即各种硬件驱动软件)采用C语言编写,计算机显示分析处理软件用VB语言编写。结果:该仪器可完全模拟真实血气分析仪的采样要求和进样操作,且结果显示快速准确、可靠性高,达到了血气分析的实验教学目的。结论:该仪器不仅可替代成本高昂的仪器并节省实验耗材成本,同时克服了完全采用虚拟实验时对采血细节的忽视,符合实验教学要求。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a blood gas simulator for experimental teaching of the undergraduate so as to decrease experimental cost. Methods The simulator was composed of hardware and software components, which used MSP430F149SCM as the microcontroller, RS232 asynchronous data transmission, step motor to roll the control unit for adding samples and applied operations software to executing experimental grouping and displaying experimental parameters measurement. C language was used to develop kinds of hardware drivers for MSP430F149SCM, and VB language was utilized to realize computer display, analysis and processing software. Results The simulator simulated the sampling requirements and adding sample of the blood gas analyzer with high velocity, accuracy and reliability, and met the experimental teaching requirements for blood gas analysis. Conclusion The simulator saves the cost by replacing expensive instruments and eliminating the needs for consumables, gains advantages in details on blood collection over virtual experiments, and thus is worthy promoting in experimental teaching.
