【摘要】 目的:为了克服有线颅内压监测仪在使用中由于导线造成的并发症,设计一种可植入式无线颅内压监测仪。方法:该仪器利用电磁感应原理设计,由植入颅脑内的体内传感部分和体外仪表部分组成。体内传感部分通过外科手术的方式以胶囊方式植入颅脑内,主要由电容式传感器和与体外便携式仪表通信的感应耦合电感线圈串联而成。体外仪表部分为手持便携式,可随时读取颅内压力。结果:体外仿真实验证明,该仪器能够满足颅内压力检测的需求。结论:可植入式无线颅内压监测仪可准确测得颅内压力,并减少颅内压监护的并发症,具有广阔的临床应用前景。

【Abstract】 Objective To design an implantable wireless intracranial pressure(ICP) monitor to eliminate the complications by the wired monitor. Methods The monitor was developed with the principle of electromagnetic induction, which was composed of two parts of the sensor in vivo and instrument in vitro. The sensor in vivo was implanted surgically with the mode of capsule, which consisted of a capacitive sensor connected with an inductively coupled inducter communicating with the portable instrument in vitro. The portable instrument in vitro could read ICP at any moment. Results The simulation experiment in vitro proved that the monitor met the requirements of ICP detection in vitro. Conclusion The monitor developed can measure ICP accurately with the complications reduced efficiently, and thus is worthy promoting clinically.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2019,40(5):21-23]
