【摘要】 目的:对高级别生物安全实验室的化学淋浴系统的消毒效果及运行参数进行研究。方法:通过目检法和生物检测法对高级别生物安全实验室的淋浴系统的消毒效果进行验证,以确定化学淋浴系统的运行参数。结果:在保证化学淋浴系统消毒效果合格的前提下,确定了对实验人员和箱体消毒时不同的冲洗水压、冲洗时间及消毒液的种类和浓度。结论:该研究对于保证高级别生物安全实验室的化学淋浴系统安全可靠运行具有重要意义,为化学淋浴系统的设计提供了有效的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the disinfection effect and operating parameters of the chemical shower system in the highlevel biosafety laboratory. Methods The chemical shower system in the high-level biosafety laboratory had its disinfection effect verified by visual inspection and biological detection so as to determine its operating parameters. Results Such parameters were determined for the experimenter and shower case respectively as the water pressure, washing time as well as the type and concentration of the disinfectant when the disinfection effect was ensured. Conclusion The study is of great value for the safety and reliability of the chemical shower system in the high-level biosafety laboratory, and references are provided for the design of the chemical shower system.
