跨院级PACS存储架构设计与改造
Architecture design and modification of cross-hospital PACS
【摘要】 目的:通过对某院跨院级影像归档和通信系统(picture archiving and communication systems,PACS)存储架构的设计与改造,实现存储系统扩容和升级,彻底解决临床使用过程中出现的卡、慢现象。方法:在对现有存储数据和存储需求进行科学分析和统计的基础上,结合PACS软件的特点,引进新的NAS(network attached storage)存储架构,并将原SAN(storage area network)存储架构进行利旧,实现SAN+NAS架构的一体化。结果:将SAN架构和NAS架构融合在一起,实现了存储按需在线扩容及所有影像数据的持续在线。结论:构建的存储系统科学、合理,解决了当前临床需求,提高了数据的安全性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 Objective To design and modify the storage architecture of the cross-hospital PACS in some hospital so as to realize expansion and upgrade of the storage system. Methods Statistical analysis was executed on storage data and requirements,and network attached storage(NAS) architecture was introduced and integrated with the existing storage area network(SAN)architecture. Results The architecture integrating SAN and NAS realized requirement-based storage on-line expansion and continuous availability of image data. Conclusion A set of storage system with high safety and reliability is constructed to meet clinical requirements.
