【摘要】 为了解中国沙棘内源激素对平茬措施的响应规律,采用单因素回归设计,进行留桩高度为0cm、10cm、20cm 3个水平的平茬试验,以不平茬为对照,分析其内源激素含量、比值与平茬时间及平茬高度的关系。结果表明,平茬提高了萌蘖期的GA₃、ZR、IAA含量,以及整个萌蘖出生、生长过程中的GA₃/ABA、ZR/ABA、IAA/ABA比值,降低了ABA含量。而且,萌蘖出生、生长过程与GA₃/ABA、ZR/ABA、IAA/ABA比值的变化趋势一致,与ABA含量的变化趋势相反,萌蘖出生高峰及萌蘖第一次生长高峰与萌蘖初期GA₃、ZR、IAA含量的提高吻合。由此可知,萌蘖的出生、生长过程与平茬后的内源激素含量、比值有着必然的内在联系,尤其是GA₃/ABA、ZR/ABA、IAA/ABA比值的提高具有更加重要的生物学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to revealed the response rules of endogenous phytohormones to stumping treatmentsin Hippophae rhamnoides ssp.sinensis,the dependence of the endogenous phytohormone contents and their ratios on the stumping time and the stumping height were studied.The results showed that the contents of GA₃,ZR,and IAA increased during the sprouting period.In the sprouting and growing process of the coppice shoots and the ratios of GA₃/ABA,ZR/ABA,and IAA/ABA increased while the ABA content decreased.The sprouting and growth process had a similar tendency to the ratios but an opposite one to the ABA content.The climaxsprouting and the first height growth peak coincided with the increase in the contents of GA₃,ZR,and IAA.These results indicated that the manners of the shoot sprouting and growing resulted from the changes in endogenous phytohormone contents and their ratios by the stumping treatments.The ratios increase of GA₃/ABA,ZR/ABA,IAA/ABA is playing significant roles in terms of biological sense.更多还原
