天津大气污染物对雌性大鼠动情周期影响的实验研究

【摘要】 对天津大气污染物对雌性大鼠动情周期的影响进行研究,结果表明气管染毒的两组95.8%的大鼠出现动情周期紊乱;低剂量组和高剂量组与空白对照组、生理盐水组相比,大鼠血清雌二醇和孕酮水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。说明大气污染物对雌性大鼠动情周期及性激素有较大影响。

【Abstract】 The rats were randomly divided into the blank control group,the physiological saline group,the low-dose group(5 mg/kg),and the high-dose group(20 mg/kg).The estrous cycle was measured by vaginal smear.The contents of serum estradiol and progesterone were determined by ELISA method.Two groups of tracheal canister to 95.8% of the rats showed the estrus disorder.The rat serum estradiol and progesterone levels in low dose group and high dose group compared with the blank control group and saline group were lower.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Therefore,Atmospheric pollutants indicated greater impacts on the estrous and sex hormones of female rats.
