【摘要】 上肢的各类手术在临床骨科工作中很常见,其手术操作一般是将上肢放置于胸前、木质小桌或不锈钢冲洗车上完成,手术中经常遇到胸部受压致呼吸困难、小桌搬动不便、骨折透视困难、医务人员射线暴露过多等弊端。现设计一种移动式上肢手术平台,上肢外展放置其上,可满足上肢各项手术操作要求。同时,C型臂透视简便,手术医师射线暴露少,可有效缩短手术时间,为基层医院开展上肢各类手术提供巨大帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Surgery of upper limbs is quite common in clinical orthopedic practice. The operation is usually performed by placing the upper limb in front of the chest, the wooden table or stainless steel washing machine. During operation, there may be various disadvantages such as breathing difficulties caused by chest compression, inconvenience to move small tables, difficulty in fracture fluoroscopy, excessive radiation exposure to medical staff, etc. In this study, a mobile upper limb surgery platform was designed, on which the upper limb can be extended to meet the operation requirements of various surgeries on upper limbs. At the same time, C-arm fluoroscopy is simple in operation, and the surgeon has less exposure to radiation, which can effectively shorten the operation time and provide great help for various operations of upper limbs in primary hospitals.更多还原
