【摘要】 目的探究愈疸汤治疗肝郁脾虚型胆囊切除术后综合征的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年7月我院肝胆外科收治的因胆囊良性疾病行胆囊切除术出现术后综合征的114例患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字法将其分为观察组(60例)和对照组(54例),对照组给予西药口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用愈疸汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候量化评分、促胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平、胃动素(MTL)水平及复发情况。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,1年内的复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的中医证候各项评分、CCK、MTL水平均有所降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论愈疸汤能有效改善肝郁脾虚型胆囊切除术综合征患者的临床症状,降低患者体内CCK和MTL水平及疾病复发率,远期疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yudan decoction on post-cholecystectony syndrome with liver depression and spleen deficiency. Methods A total of 114 patients who appeared postoperative syndrome after received cholecystectomy due to benign gallbladder disease admitted in the hepatobiliary surgery department of our hospital from February 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(54 cases) according to the random number method. The control group was treated with western medicine orally, and the observation group was treated with Yudan decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome quantitative score, cholecystokinin(CCK) level, motilin(MTL) level and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate within 1 year was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndromes scores, the levels of CCK and MTL of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yudan decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of post-cholecystectony syndrome patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency, reduce the levels of CCK and MTL and the recurrence rate of the disease, which is of favorable long-term effect.更多还原
