枸橼酸咖啡因对低出生体重早产儿肺保护作用及并发症的影响

【摘要】 目的研究枸橼酸咖啡因对低出生体重早产儿肺保护作用及并发症的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月至2017年6月收治的80例低出生体重早产儿的病历资料,根据不同治疗方式将其分为试验组与对照组,各40例。试验组给予枸缘酸咖啡因治疗,对照组给予氨茶碱治疗,比较两组的临床指标及肺功能。结果试验组严重AOP发生率、呼吸机辅助通气时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的TV、TPTEE/TE、VPEF/VE、TEF25均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枸橼酸咖啡因可缩短低出生体重早产儿的机械通气时间,预防近期并发症,对患儿肺功能起到保护作用,可推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of caffeine citrate on pulmonary protection and complications in low birth weight premature infants. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in the medical records of 80 low birth weight premature infants admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017. According to different treatment methods, the infants were divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with caffeine citrate, while the control group was treated with aminophylline. The clinical indexes and lung function were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of severe AOP and duration of ventilator-assisted ventilation in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The TV, TPTEE/TE, VPEF/VE and TEF25 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Caffeine citrate can shorten the mechanical ventilation time of low birth weight premature infants. It can prevent recent complications and protect the lung function of children, which can be widely used.
