【摘要】 目的分析五苓化湿汤联合氯雷他定治疗儿童顽固型湿疹的效果。方法选择2016年5月至2018年1月医院收治的87例顽固性湿疹患儿为观察对象,按数字表法随机分为观察组(n=43,五苓化湿汤联合氯雷他定治疗)和对照组(n=44,仅以氯雷他定治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的IL-10及IL-18水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周、疗程结束时,两组患儿的体征评分均低于入院时,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组患儿的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用五苓化湿汤联合氯雷他定治疗儿童顽固性湿疹的效果理想,其能明显降低血清白介素因子水平,改善患儿症状,且不良反应少,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of Wuling Huashi decoction combined with loratadine on children with intractable eczema. Methods Eighty-seven children with intractable eczema admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into observation group(n=43, Wuling Huashi decoction combined with loratadine) and control group(n=44, only loratadine) by number table method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-10 and IL-18 in both groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). At one week after treatment and the end of the course of treatment, the scores of physical signs in both groups were lower than those at admission, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidences of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Wuling Huashi decoction combined with loratadine has an ideal effect in the treatment of intractable eczema in children. It can significantly reduce the levels of serum interleukin factors and improve the symptoms of children, with fewer adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.更多还原
