碘、硒、维生素D与Graves病相关性的研究进展

【摘要】 Graves病(GD)是一种甲状腺激素合成增多的器官特异性自身免疫性疾病。目前GD发病机制及病因尚未完全明确,认为GD可能是一种基因-环境交叉的复杂性疾病。碘是合成甲状腺激素的重要原料,而硒与维生素D在甲状腺激素合成和GD发病机制有重要作用。本文就碘、硒、维生素D与GD的关系作一综述,以便更好地认识GD,并对该病进行早期诊断和治疗。

【Abstract】 Graves disease(GD) is an organ-specific autoimmune disease characterized by increased thyroid hormone synthesis. At present, the pathogenesis and etiology of GD are not well defined, and GD is considered to be a complex disease of gene-environment interaction. Iodine is an essential component of thyroid hormones. Selenium and vitamin D play important roles in the synthesis of thyroid hormones and the pathogenesis of GD. This artical reviews the relationship between iodine, selenium, vitamin D and GD in order to better understand GD and the early diagnosis and treatment.
