【摘要】 目的调查我院心血管内科双心疾病的发病现状。方法选取2016年1月至2017年6月收入长治市人民医院心血管内科并行冠状动脉造影的患者1 280例为研究对象。根据患者的性别和年龄,将其分为中年组男性、老年组男性、中年组女性和老年组女性四组,分析和比较各组间双心疾病的发病率。结果共纳入1 280例患者中,男性780例(60.93%),女性500例(39.06%),处于焦虑或抑郁状态患者共264例,占总调查人数的20.62%。中年组女性冠心病患者的双心病发病率最高,达30.34%(108/356)。女性患者双心病发病率为29.60%(148/500),显著高于男性的14.87%(116/780)(P<0.05)。老年男性组双心病的发病率低于其他组(P<0.05)。结论不同性别、年龄段双心疾病的发病率不同,中年女性双心疾病的发病率最高,老年男性双心疾病的发病率最低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the morbidity status of psychological and cardiovascular diseases in cardiovascular medicine department of our hospital. Methods A total of 1 280 patients with psychological and cardiovascular diseases in cardiovascular medicine department of Changzhi People’s Hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as study objects. According to the gender and age of the patients, the patients were divided into four groups: middle-aged male group, old male group, middle-aged female group and old female group, and the incidences of psychological and cardiovascular diseases among the four groups were analyzed and compared. Results A total of 1 280 patients were enrolled, including 780 males(60.94%) and 500 females(39.06%); a total of 264 patients were in anxiety or depression,accounting for 20.62% of the total survey. The incidence of psychological and cardiovascular diseases in the middle-aged female group with coronary heart disease was the highest, reaching 30.34%(108/356). The incidence of psychological and cardiovascular diseases in female patients was 29.60%(148/500), which was significantly higher than 14.87% in male patients(116/780)(P<0.05). The incidence of psychological and cardiovascular diseases in the old male group was lower than that in other groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of psychological and cardiovascular diseases is different in different gender and age groups. The incidence of psychological and cardiovascular diseases is highest in middle-aged female and lowest in old male.更多还原
