浸浴治疗大面积烧伤残余创面的效果

【摘要】 目的探讨大面积烧伤残余创面实施浸浴治疗的效果。方法将本科室60例大面积烧伤残余创面患者根据浸浴遍数分为对照组(n=30,浸浴1遍/次)和观察组(n=30,浸浴2遍/次)。分析两组患者的创面细菌分布情况、机体炎症指标、创面愈合时间、瘢痕残留情况及换药疼痛情况。结果浸浴1周后,观察组的细菌检出率、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数水平及换药疼痛评分明显低于对照组与浸浴前(P<0.05)。观察组患者创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者创面愈合后瘢痕残留率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论大面积烧伤残余创面实施2遍/次浸浴治疗效果良好,可促进创面早日愈合。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of bathing treatment for residual burn wounds in large area. Methods Sixty patients with residual burn wounds in large area in our department were enrolled and divided into control group(n=30, bathing once a time) and observation group(n=30, bathing twice a time) according to the number of patients’ bathing.The distribution of bacteria in wounds, inflammatory indexes, wound healing time, scar residue and dressing change pain in the two groups were analyzed. Results After one week of bathing, the bacterial detection rate, levels of C-reactive protein and white blood cell count and pain score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before bathing(P<0.05). The wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in scar residual rate after wound healing between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion The treatment of residual burn wounds in large area with bathing twice a time has a good effect,which can promote the early healing of wounds.
