【摘要】 目的观察青白通痹胶囊联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床效果及安全性。方法将100例RA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,治疗组给予甲氨蝶呤联合青白通痹胶囊治疗。比较两组中医症候疗效、治疗前、后DAS28评分、血液相关指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的DAS28评分、ESR、CRP、RF水平均显著降低,且治疗组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察期间,两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论青白通痹胶囊联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗RA的效果显著,且不会增加不良反应的发生率,值得临床应用与推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Qin gbai Tongbi capsule combined with low-dosemethotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods A total of 100 patients with RA were randomly dividedinto treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with methotrexate, whilethe treatment group was treated with methotrexate combined with Qingbai Tongbi capsule. The curative effects of TCMsymptoms, DAS28 scores, levels of blood-related indicators before and after treatment and adverse reactions were comparedbetween the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than thatin the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the DAS28 scores and levels of ESR, CRP and RF of the two groupssignificantly decreased, and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). During theobservation period, there was no significant difference in the total incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Qingbai Tongbi capsule combined with low-dose methotrexate in the treatment of RA has a significanteffect, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
