【摘要】 目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜联合开放减压手术治疗老年腰椎椎管狭窄的临床效果。方法将我院收治的100例老年腰椎椎管狭窄患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予传统手术治疗,观察组给予经皮椎间孔镜联合开放减压手术治疗。比较两组患者的VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、术后并发症发生情况及骨相关指标。结果治疗后,两组患者的VAS、ODI评分、骨密度和骨钙素水平均改善,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜与开放减压手术联合治疗老年腰椎椎管狭窄的临床效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy combined with open decompression surgery on elderly lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by random digital table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional surgery, while the observation group were treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy combined with open decompression. The VAS scores, Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI) scores, postoperative complications and bone related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of VAS and ODI, the bone mineral density and levels of osteocalcin of both groups improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy combined with open decompression surgery on elderly lumbar spinal stenosis has a significant effect, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.更多还原
