【Abstract】 Rural basic education is the basis for the existence and development of normal universities, especially local normal universities. Based on the "U-G-S" teacher education model and taking Yulin Normal University as an example, this paper explores and practices the cooperation model between local normal universities and local educational administrative departments, primary and secondary schools in training pre-service and post-service rural basic education teachers. It opens up a new practice paradigm for the construction of teacher education system in China.更多还原
