【摘要】 目的分析产前彩超诊断单脐动脉与胎儿发育异常的应用效果。方法选本院例行产前彩超检查的80例单脐动脉胎儿孕妇为观察对象,检测胎儿脐带血管状况,分析胎儿单脐动脉发育状况,找出异常,并据此推测妊娠结局。结果80例单脐动脉胎儿中,左侧、右侧缺失分别为49例和31例,合并发育畸形胎儿为32例,14例染色体检查病例中,5例带表现为染色体异常。结论多数单脐动脉胎儿妊娠解决良好,但合并畸形胎儿中,检测出染色体异常胎儿占比相对较高,可见,进行产前彩超检查可诊断单脐胎儿的动脉血管状态,利于判断胎儿是否发育异常。将其应用于孕检中,可展现较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of antenatal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abnormal development of single umbilical artery and fetus. Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with single umbilical artery were selected as observation objects. The fetal umbilical cord blood vessels were detected, the development of fetal single umbilical artery was analyzed, the abnormal results were found out, and the pregnancy outcome was deduced. Results Among 80 cases of single umbilical artery fetuses, 49 cases were left and 31 cases were right, 32 cases were complicated with developmental malformation, and 5 of 14 cases of chromosome examination showed chromosome abnormality. Conclusion The pregnancy of most single umbilical artery fetuses is well solved, but in the fetuses with malformation, The proportion of fetuses with abnormal chromosomes is relatively high. It can be seen that antenatal color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose the arterial and vascular status of single umbilical fetuses, which is helpful to judge whether the fetus is abnormal or not.
